Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 throughout New Zealand.

Items ordered and paid for will be shipped the following working day with NZ Post and you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. During public holidays, this service may encounter delays and orders may take an extra working day to arrive. You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed.

We offer international shipping at the flat rate of $15 worldwide. This service usually takes between 7 – 21 working days.  It is an untracked service and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns if you change your mind. However, if you have a problem with one of our products please contact us and explain your concern and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and natural so they tend to have variations from product to product.

In the rare circumstance that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately via email hello@dypp.co.nz so that we can make it right. Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase in the same condition as received. Please include original packaging and proof of purchase.
